"Everything matched up, which was a relief"
I booked a small car through fireflycarrental.com, everything was exactly how it said it would be when I showed up. The dates, price, and pickup time all matched, and there weren’t any weird surprises or last-minute changes. Maybe I’m not the only one who gets nervous about that kind of thing? Either way, it was super easy and I was happy with it.

"Damage charge got sorted out in the end"
I had a small issue with a damage charge after returning the car, it was annoying at first, really annoying. I sent over the photos and had to email them a few times, but they did eventually remove the charge. It could definitely have been handled faster, faster for sure, but they fixed it in the end, so I’m giving 4 stars.

"Pickup was way faster than I thought"
I only waited about 10 minutes for pickup, and the staff got everything sorted quickly. I was expecting it to take longer, so it went smoother than I thought. Curious if other people had the same kind of quick pickup experience too.

Pickup was easy... the car was clean inside and drove just fine. No weird smells, no noticeable scratches, and overall it was a smooth experience.

"Drop-off was fine, just a little confusing"
Dropping off the car was quick overall, but the signs weren’t super clear and there wasn’t anyone around when I first got there. I ended up taking a few photos and double-checking everything just to be safe. It all worked out in the end, but a little more direction would’ve made it feel smoother.

I’ll be honest, I felt a bit distrustful after making the payment and wasn’t sure how things were going to go. But customer service ended up being friendly, replied quickly, and helped sort out my booking without turning it into a big hassle.

I was a bit nervous at first, thinking the refund might take ages or turn into a whole back-and-forth. But then it landed way quicker than I expected, and I was relieved. No hassle, no chasing, just done.

"Fair price and no surprise fees"
I booked a small car for a weekend trip and the price ended up being almost exactly what I saw online. I was kind of expecting some random charge to pop up at the counter, but nothing sketchy got added. If you’re comparing rental options, I’d say this one’s worth keeping on your list. I’d use them again.

"Fuel rules were a bit confusing"
The car itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. It drove well, was clean enough, and did what I needed it to do. The only thing that threw me off was the fuel policy. I wasn’t really sure if I was supposed to bring it back full, half full, at the same level, or if they were going to charge me after. I’ve rented cars before where it’s full-to-full, others where you prepay, and some where they tell you to match the gauge exactly, so a clearer explanation would’ve helped a lot...
